Choose proper insole type based on analysis and client feedback. Begin casting process by placing feet in Masterfit AirVac™ Molding System in neutral, balanced, semi-weighted position.

Use AirVac™ to take hyper-detailed impression of both feet. Lock in shape with vacuum.

Heat insoles to proper molding temperature, place on top of casts and mold to feet.

Trim, grind, and post insoles; interface with and install in client’s footwear.

Have customer wear/walk/flex in footwear to ensure fit and alignment are correct.
